How do we book Coach or Mini Bus trip?

How long does the minibus tour take and how much does it cost?
Tour times vary but are either half day or full day tours. Prices also vary depending upon the partcular tour. Please contact us prices.

Can we book the minibuses for private hire?
Yes, we offer both tailor made tours and private hire. Please call us on +357 99632420 to discuss your requirements.

Am I allowed to take my dog on a minibus tour?
Sorry, but we can not accept dogs.

Do you have special rates for groups?
Yes, a discount is available for larger groups. Please contact us on +357 26xxxxxx or via the online contact form to request prices.

How and When do I pay?
No online payment is required. If you would like to pay before you arrive in Cyprus, you can contact us to arrange this for you. You will have to pay the driver picking you up from the airport.

How do I find the driver?
A taxi will be waiting for you at the airport (or any other place), with the taxi driver waiting for you with a name board. If you have a lost luggage and/or you see that it is getting you long to exit please either contact our driver who is waiting or call our offices.

Are the prices per taxi or per person?
All our prices are per taxi.

Currencies
All our prices are in Euros. If you would like to pay in other currency please let us know and we can arrange this for you.

Flight Delays
Even if the flight is delayed, the driver will be at the airport at the new time of arrival at no EXTRA cost. If you do know that your flight will be delayed, please inform us in any way. If for any reason you do not receive a reply to your email from us within 24 hours, please email us to investigate any problems.

Modifying a booking
You can always modify a booking via email or telephone. Just make sure you give us plenty of notice - at leat 48 hours. Please make sure that we have all your details. When replying, do not delete/modify content of our previous correspondence. If for any reason you do not receive a reply to your email from us within 24 hours, please email us to investigate any problems.

Cancellations
You can always cancell a booking via email or telephone. Just make sure you give us plenty of notice - at leat 48 hours. Paid booking are not refundable if cancelled. Please make sure that we have all your details. When replying, do not delete/modify content of our previous correspondence. If for any reason you do not receive a reply to your email from us within 24 hours, please email us to investigate any problems.

Do you take late bookings?
We usually require at least 48 hour notice in order to book a taxi for you but sometimes we are able to proceed late bookings so you can always try.
